1. Submit the Customization Form

To begin the process, please fill out our Customization Form with the necessary details, including the image, size, and any special requests. Be sure to include any important notes in the message section. This will help us understand your exact requirements from the start.

2. Order Confirmation & Discussion

Once the form is submitted and your order is placed, our team will reach out to you to discuss the finer details of your design. This ensures we fully understand your specifications, including size, material, and design preferences.

3. Finalization of Design

After our discussion, a final product design will be created based on the provided specifications. No changes can be made to the product design once it is finalized and approved by you. Please review all details carefully.

4. Payment Process

Once the design is finalized, we will send you the payment details. Full payment is required before we begin production. No partial payments or installments are accepted. Upon receiving the payment in full, we will start the production process.

5. No Refund or Exchange

Since custom orders are made to your specifications, they are not eligible for refund or exchange. We encourage customers to double-check their order details before approving the final design.

6. Production Time

The production timeline depends on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Once payment is received, we will provide an estimated completion date. Production will begin only after full payment is confirmed.

7. Modification Requests

You may request modifications during the discussion phase. However, once the design is approved and production has started, no further changes will be accepted.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Upon completing production and quality checks, the product will be shipped. Shipping timelines will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We will notify you when the product has been dispatched.
