At Incraftify, we require full payment upfront for international bulk orders to ensure smooth processing. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding payment for container-based international orders:

Full Payment Requirement:
- All international orders require 100% payment upfront. This full payment is necessary to initiate the production and booking process.
- Orders will not be processed until the full payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment Methods:
- We accept the following payment methods for international orders:
- Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Preferred for international orders due to the large amounts involved.
- Credit/Debit Card: Available for international customers.
- PayPal: Available upon request, though additional processing fees may apply.
- Payment information will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

- All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollar) for international orders.
- Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Container Booking Charges (If Applicable):
- If we handle the container booking on your behalf, the current market rate at the time of booking will be applied. This cost will be included in your final invoice.
- Please note that container rates fluctuate, and the customer is responsible for covering any increase in container costs.

FOB Pricing:
- Our prices are based on FOB (Free on Board) terms, which means that the shipping costs to the Mundra Port (Mumbai) are included in your order. Any additional shipping costs from Mundra to the final destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Confirmation:
- Once a payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your payment receipt and order details. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@incraftify.com.
