2. Product Information & Availability

• We offer a range of bulk and customized products. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Product dimensions and specifications may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of many of our items.
  
  

3. Minimum Order Requirements

• For international orders, the minimum order volume is 26 CBM (Cubic Meters), with a minimum of 5 units per product.
• The shipping will be primarily done via sea freight to Mundra Port, Gujarat. Air freight is available upon customer request, with pricing dependent on the current market.
  
  

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Payments for international orders must be made in full at the time of order confirmation. We do not accept partial payments or 50% advances.
• Prices include FOB (Free on Board) charges to Mundra Port, Gujarat. All further shipping costs, including the cost of the container, will be discussed with the customer based on the current rates at the time of booking.
  
  

5. Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy [here].
  
  

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We will notify you when your order is ready for shipping. If you wish to arrange your own container, please inform us in advance. If you require us to arrange the container, all associated costs, including extra charges, will be borne by the customer.
• We do not provide an expected delivery date as it depends on the availability of containers and the customer’s location. The transit time may vary based on the shipping method chosen (sea or air).
• All international orders are shipped FOB to Mundra Port, Gujarat. Any further transportation costs, taxes, or duties incurred beyond this point are the customer’s responsibility.
  
  

7. Customizations

• We offer a variety of customization options for certain products. All custom orders are final, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please refer to our Customization Policy for further details.
