At Incraftify, we deal in antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind pieces, many of which are sourced from different regions across India. Each item carries its own history and is preserved in its original collected condition.

Due to the unique nature of these artifacts, we follow a strict no return / no exchange policy, with limited exceptions.

• Ensure the item fits your space and requirement
• Contact us for additional details before purchasing

All orders are considered final once placed.

2. No Return / No Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns or exchanges
• All purchases are final due to the unique nature of the products

3. Authentic Condition & Restoration Policy

All products listed on Incraftify are:

• Collected from different parts of India
• Preserved in their original condition as sourced
• Not heavily restored or modified

These items may show:

• Natural aging
• Surface wear
• Variations in texture and tone

These are not defects, but part of the artifact’s history and authenticity.

In case of damage during delivery:

• We perform minimal restoration only
• Repairs are done carefully to preserve originality and historical value
• Our goal is to maintain the authentic character of the piece while making it usable
